"Fast servers, hassle-free"
I’ve been using Vultr for maybe 3 or 4 small sites, and it’s been solid so far. Servers usually spin up in just a couple minutes, and page loads feel quick even when traffic bumps up a bit. I can’t remember more than one or two tiny hiccups with downtime, if that. The dashboard is simple enough that I’m not wasting 20 minutes trying to find things, which I definitely appreciate.

"The billing was a total mystery"
I felt blindsided by the final charge. I ended up paying more than I expected, and the way the billing was explained was just not clear at all. It felt like I was trying to solve some dramatic little financial puzzle after the fact

"Pretty reliable"
Been solid so far. Only had one quick downtime.

"Needed more server locations"
Vultr is okay to use, overall, but for me the data center options felt still a bit limited in some places. I was needing servers closer to my users, and because of that, looking somewhere else I had to.

"Support felt a little slow that day"
I did get help in the end, so I’m not upset, but I was a bit impatient while waiting for replies. Support eventually fixed my issue, it just took longer than I was hoping for, and the back-and-forth felt kind of sluggish.

"Easy to use and manage"
Vultr’s dashboard is really straightforward and easy to get around. I can set up and manage my servers quickly without having to click through a bunch of confusing menus. It just feels simple and does what I need, so it works well for me.
